Nowadays, sustainable development is the goal of the common pursuit of human, remanufacturing meets the requirements of sustainable development. The efficiency of the traditional remanufacturing of waste mechanical and electrical products make is low, due to the uncertainty of the service time and the state of the product. It not only overcomes the shortcomings of traditional remanufacturing, but also meets the sustainable development.This article comes from the National Natural Science Foundation of china, the main content is online monitoring products service special diagnosis, analysis of the characteristics of the service characteristics of the product to be monitored and provide data for active remanufacturing in time domain. In this paper, the concept and significance of remanufacturing engineering and active remanufacturing are introduced. According to active remanufacturing definition, select a type of single cylinder diesel engine crankshaft as active remanufacturing key parts, to the crankshaft of the wear fault as active remanufacturing characteristic. The dynamic characteristics of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism with clearance are analyzed by the combination of experiment and simulation. The experimental signal and the simulation signals are analyzed by wavelet transform, and the relative energy, average amplitude and peak value of each frequency band after wavelet decomposition are calculated. These characteristic values can accurately determine the frequency band, but can’t be very sensitive to the degree of fault. In this paper, the fractal theory is used to analyze the signal, which can also be used to judge the fault, but it is not sensitive to the degree of fault, and the wavelet packet and the fractal theory are combined to analyze the signal. Wavelet fractal technique is used to calculate the characteristic value of different wear state, and the wear fault condition is predicted by using BP neural network.
