The remanufacturing of electromechanical products can greatly save resources, reduce environmental impact and reduce economic costs, which is an ideal production mode.Due to the peak period of large-scale scrapping of mechanical products,China has gradually and continuously explored the remanufacturing of many types of used machinery products.Environmental, economic and technical issues are key issues in assessing the sustainability of the remanufacturing process and are important issues in product remanufacturing decisions and optimization. Therefore,it is of great significance to propose a sustainable evaluation method for the remanufacturing process and establish a sustainable evaluation model to promote the sustainable development of China's remanufacturing industry. The part remanufacturing process, that is,the remanufacturing process route, includes multiple types of remanufacturing process units, and the uncertainty of the part damage affects the remanufacturing process route to the impact on each remanufacturing process unit. This paper considers the uncertain effects of uncertain damage parts on remanufacturing process time, energy consumption and material consumption, and comprehensively analyzes the impact of the three dimensions of environmental, economic and technical aspects of the part remanufacturing process and process chain.influences.In the environmental dimension, guided by Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)technology,China's resource depletion potential, global warming potential, respiratory inorganic matter, acidification potential and water eutrophication potential of remanufacturing process units are considered.Five types of environmental impacts, the comprehensive environmental impact value of the process unit is obtained;in the economic dimension, the life cycle cost analysis(LCC)method is adopted to consider the resource cost, labor cost and equipment cost of the remanufacturing process unit.In three dimensions, the economic cost value of the process unit is obtained;in the technical dimension, the technical evaluation value of the process unit is obtained by considering both the time and the qualification rate.At the remanufacturing process chain level, considering the impact of changes in individual process units on the entire process chain, based on environmental impact values, economic cost values, and process evaluation values at the process unit level and based on Graphical Evaluation and Review Technology(GERT),we obtained environmental, economic and technical evaluations at the process chain level. Finally, using the evaluation values of environmental, economic and technical dimensions as indicators, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the weight values of the three dimensions to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of the parts remanufacturing process.Based on the remanufacturing of the Steyr engine crankshaft, based on the uncertainty of crankshaft wear, the paper investigates and discusses the uncertainty of the crankshaft remanufacturing process, from the three dimensions of environment, economy and technology, from the remanufacturing process and The process chain level was evaluated, and the modeling process and method were verified. The sustainability value of the crankshaft remanufacturing process was obtained. The model can provide theoretical basis for enterprise remanufacturing evaluation and has important application and research value.
