After entering the 21st century,our country’s economy has developed rapidly with a lot of problems, such as energy shortage, environment pollution, traffic congestion, etc.In order to reduce the negative effects of these problems, the state promulgated a series of policies to adjust the development direction of relevant industries, promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.The state points out that the large-scale development of new energy vehicles is a important strategic to reduce the pressure on energy and environment in our country, to bring the innovation, transformation and upgrading of auto industry, and determine the pure electric drive is main strategic orientation for the development of new energy vehicles development of electric vehicle has become a important measure for the auto enterprise transformation and upgrading.The development of electric vehicle is similar to the traditional car. Power system parameters matching is of vital importance in the development process, it directly affects the vehicle performance and fuel economy.The development of electric light trucks is based on a particular trucks, matching the parameters of drive motor, power battery and transmission according to the performance requirements of the vehicle made by oems. At the same time, making the shift control strategy of electric light trucks based on ANFIS. combining the actual running condition. Building the model of vehicle based on AVL CRUISE, and carried out the simulation analysis in NEDC conditions. Matching power system components selection according to the result of simulation analysis, and carry out the layout design and improvement in the process of real vehicle assembly and the design of 3D. After the completion of vehicle assembly,the power performance and fuel economy experiment of real vehicle was carried out. The results of experiment show that the power system parameter matching method proposed in this paper meets the design requirements of oems.Determined the objective function, optimization variables and the constraints of power system parameters according to the relevant experience,and the combination algorithm is chosen as the optimization strategy. Built the joint simulation model based on AVL CRUISE and ISIGHT. The results of simulation show that the economic performance is improved with the basic dynamic performance, the travel distance is increased by 6.5%, the energy consumption of hundreds of kilometers is reduced by 6.2%.
