The Planning Of Xiao Jingpo Shuangyao Village In Heng Country Guangxi Province

With a rapid economic and social development, the government has attached great importance to the constructions and development of rural areas. The construction of countryside has entered a new period. Xiao Jingpo village is located in Pinglang town, Heng county of Guangxi province. It has a distance of 66km away from the downtown of Nanning city. The distance between Xiao Jingpo village and the Luancheng entrance of Liu Qin expressway is 8km, the same with that to Pinglang entrance. The northern area of Xiao Jingpo village is connected with Fengyu bridge and the rest of parts are surrounded by Maluan river, with the 1147-meter county road going across it from the south to north. The village is adjacent to the Qiujiang Village by the southeast, covering an area of 30.4 hm~2.The author has made a study on the related concepts, thoughts, theories, and development processes at home and abroad with respect to the rural landscape. Based on the excellent case study of rural landscape planning in domestic and foreign countries, the author analyzed the related references and investigations to determine the objective of planning, the principles, locations and corresponding planning.The objective for the planning of Xiao Jingpo village is to improve its living environment and village appearance as well as fully explore its historical culture significance. Combining the existing resources and superior natural environment, it plans to develop the tourism service industry featuring fishing diet culture and traditional Shuangyao food. Establish Xiao Jingpo food cultural villtage, which can ensure a rising income for farmers and realize the sustainable development for the village.Identify the Xiao Jingpo village with three characteristics:food, fish and culture. Explore the economic value for the fishing business, food culture and traditional customs. Develop the Xiao Jingpo village as a provincial distinctive food cultural village combining the traditional diet with fishing culture and beautiful scenery with recreation.It aims to plan Xiao Jingpo as a food cultural village, themed with "Village of Cuisine Culture" and holding concept of "as the Maluan River surrounding the village provides seafood, people are willing to be a villager in Jingpo Village", and "fruits and vegetables are sweet and tasty, and the taste of the seafood from Maluan River is also wonderful".Based on the practical situation in Xiao Jingpo Village, in terms of the function division, Xiao Jingpo Village can be divided into "one axis, one belt, one center, and 6 regions". One axis refers to the 480 County Road across the village. One belt refers to the area along the Maluan River. One center refers to the central residence region in the village. And the six regions refer to the fish market region with an area of 0.7 hm~2; residence region with an area of 0.5 hm~2; the central residence region with an area of 3.4 hm~2; the experience region for fishery foods with an area of 1.5 hm~2; The Livestock breeding region with an area of 0.3 hm~2; and t The agricultural production and landscape leisure region with an area of 24 hm~2. The duration of the planning is from 2015 to 2030. It is expected that by the end of 2030, the population in Xiao Jingpo village will reach 586.In addition, it proposes a planning for the village land use, road traffic, landscape division, plants landscape, landscape tour, tourist service facilities and utilities. According to the planning, the construction land in Xiao Jingpo village covers an area of 6.43 hm~2, and the land unfit for construction covers an area of 23.97 hm~2. The per capita land use area is 109.7m~2. The county road is broadened to 1,147m, and the construction for the major road is 2,047 meter long, the primary road is 1,859 meter long and the branch road is 333 meter long, and the construction for the road covers an area of 18,779.8m~2 in total. In terms of landscape division, the Xiao Jingpo village is divided into the fish market region with an area of 8.7 hm~2; traditional food region with an area of 4.4 hm~2; the fishery food region with an area of 3.8 hm~2; natural plants reserve region with an area of 13.4 hm~2. According to the landscape division, this planning gives regional division to the plants, and adopts plants like Longan, pipal, Ficus concinna, and Ficus microcarpa that are suitable for the local environment.Improve the living environment of the village by taking the above measures. Make great efforts to highlight the cultural characteristics of Xiao Jingpo village and develop the tourism industry, which can help increase the rural people’s income. Create the Xiao Jingpo village into a food cultural village with beautiful natural scenery, clean ecological environment and stable social conditions.
