| Duoluoping,is attached to Shuangyao Village, Heng County, Guangxi Province, located in the south bank of Maluan river, west-central of Shuangyao Village With an overall planned area of 22.38hm2, bordered by Maluan River on the east, north and west, and ecological experience zone on the south. With the theme of health-preservation culture village, taking "urban-rural integration development, adjusting measures to local conditions, rational distribution, separation of people and livestock, old look but new meaning in building maintenance, and unified style" as the principle, under the premise of protecting traditional features in the region, ecological remediation and landscape construction is undergone in Duoluoping, Shuangyao Village, Hengxian County, Guangxi Province, with adjustment and improvement of economy and industries, overall planning and reconstruction of infrastructures, residential features, and humanist features, to turn its advantages from natural resources to economy, improve functions of rural economy, and create a characteristic village suitable for living and travel, with the integration of ecology, livelihood, and production.Duoluoping’s planning is based on relevant theories, national strategies and laws, basic connotation and requirements of village scenery planning, to combine theoretical knowledge and practical conditions. The plan period is 2015 to 2030, the population size of up to 547 people. The uses of lands are divided into construction land and non-construction land, with an area of 5.44 hm2,6.95 hm2,respectively.the Per capita area have 0.11hm2. According to local resource and environmental conditions, a whole layout structure is set up with the feature of "one center, and one belt, with five function areas", which is divided into six functional areas based on landscape features and human resource features, with the residence and republic living area of 2.68hm2,landscape leisure area of 9.74 hm2, health experience and culture area of 2.62 hm2, ecological fruits area of 3.57 hm2, relaxation and fitness area of 3.77 hm2. Focusing on the landscape, plant landscape, environmental capacity, scenic tours, excursions and service facilities ductility forecasting and planning for the future sustainable development of villages proposed feasibility of the program.Recording the landscape characteristic and divided into six regional planning, include center entrance area,Changshou township area, gardening convalescent area, health maintenance and alleviation area, ferry service area. Features of all areas are highlighted with provision of all kinds of functional places. Protection of plant roots in the original, based on a strong new ornamental plants, according to landscape planning zones divided into grow different plant landscape, sunch as aquatic plants,flowers,fruit tree,medicinal plants, aromatic plants, public green space,sewenic forest land and so on. In addition, special plans are also implemented, including road and transportation, public engineering facilities, with the content of environmental protection, clean and energy, environmental health, and disaster prevention. A livable and pleasant ecological health maintenance culture village is created and further improved by the combination of words and drawings, to highlight its charm.Based on the current laws and regulations in China, Duoluoping improves and repairs public infrastructures, buildings, and living style and features, as well as implements an overall plan towards customs, and health and culture, to build a health-keeping cultural village with pleasant scenery, ecological equilibrium, leisure travel, and complex-production. |
