As the economy in China is rapidly developing, energy is becoming increasingly important. However, the domestic petroleum supply cannot meet the growing demand, resulting in hidden dangers of energy security and high dependence on petroleum import. Meanwhile, there is a large quantity of biomass resources in China, but just a part of them, straw and grain husk, which are wasted per year weigh as high as 800 million tons. How to efficiently converse biomass into energy which can be widely used has become a practical problem to be solved. Due to the low volume energy density of biomass, the direct use at industrial areas is still limited. By flash pyrolysis, the biomass can be conversed into a kind of clean energy, Bio-oil, which is environmentally friendly and can be easily stored, and transported. However, compared into fossil petroleum, it is difficult to use bio-oil directly as a general internal combustion engine fuel due to a lot of shortcomings such as the high oxygen content, low calorific value and acidity etc. Otherwise, we can improve bio-oil’s characteristics by its upgrading and modification, but its cost is very expensive at the present stage.The proportion of bio-oil to be incorporated into certain diesel, certain processes may be emulsified. Mixing the emulsion fuel for an internal combustion engine, can reduce NOX emissions from diesel. Meanwhile, the use of low-cost bio-fuel can reduce user costs.In this paper, the practical difficulties of bio-oil inconvenient for direct use as fuel in an internal combustion engine, the national oil shortage problem, combined with low bio-oil prices, emission reduction and environmental protection advantages, make full use of ultrasound has enhanced the role of the characteristics of ultrasonic "bio-oil+diesel" mixing the emulsion fuel automated production equipment research and design.Firstly, the paper analyzes the various factors on the bio-oil/diesel hybrid emulsion fuel emulsification effect impact Establish a model using a neural network to define the key parameters of ultrasound emulsification using genetic algorithms. Then, do the matching calculation of the mixing tank and the ultrasonic emulsification tank based on the comparative analysis of two kinds of schemes of ultrasonic emulsification and batch type. Ultrasonic emulsification tank is an important part of the bio-oil/diesel mixed emulsifying device. Analyze md research the propagation of sound in liquids and transfer of load characteristics in order to determine the configurations of ultrasonic emulsifying tank. In addition, intelligent control technology of fuzzy control theory "in reference to the bio-oil/diesel hybrid emulsified fuel production device control system, realize the automation of the hybrid emulsion fuel, accurate. This will help to improve the quality and production efficiency of hybrid emulsified fuel and decrease the manufacturing cost.In system design, the use of Kingview software established PC on the production site monitor and control, so that the production staff can intuitively and clearly monitor the operation of the production. Monitoring system data record function facilitates the analysis and processing of production data. At the same time, through the alarm staff, the loss will be decreased to minimum.
