The Study Of The Production Equipment Maintenance Management About The Component Processing Center In The 54th Research Institute

With the development of industrial production,the mechanical,automatic and intelligent equipments are playing an increasingly important role in production process.Equipment management has become an important part of enterprise management.In another word,equipment management influences the effect of the production operation directly.The industrial developed countries,such as Germany,the U.S.,Japan and Russia,have concluded a great deal of successful experience in the equipment management in the process of industrial development.In China,the technology has been significantly improved with the boost of the economy.According to the experience in equipment management from developed countries,we have made great achievements in this area.However,in equipment maintenance management we still need the innovation in ideas and approaches to chase the pace of the development of the system and technology.The problems of low efficiency,high failure rate and increased maintenance expenses of the equipment decrease the productivity,affect the return on investment and influence the cost,quantity and quality of the production.According to the situation of the equipment management in Component Processing Center and recent scientific researches on equipment management and maintenance,this article analyzes,compares and discusses the issues of equipment maintenance management to find out a practical and effective management mode for the 54th Research Institute and to improve the productivity,optimize the resource allocation and reduce the production costs.The main purpose of the research is to summarize a series of scientific and effective methods for equipment maintenance management of the 54th Research Institute and to fundamentally solve the existing problems of it by analyzing the present situation of equipment maintenance management system of Component Processing Center and the equipment management and electromechanical equipment maintenance management of the 54th Research Institute.The research mainly consists of five parts,at first,elaborate background and significance of the research as well as the research status on equipment maintenance management at home and abroad in order to lay a foundation for optimizing the production and processing equipment maintenance mode.Next,analyze related theories of equipment management and equipment maintenance management.And then,discuss production and processing equipment maintenance management system of the Component Processing Center,give a brief description of the Component Processing Center as well as other relevant departments which have an impact on equipment management and operation,such as Instrument Department and Electromechanical Equipment Maintenance Centre.And at the same time,analyze main problems of equipment maintenance management in the Component Processing Center.After that,talk about optimization mode of production and processing equipment maintenance in the Component Processing Center.Finally,introduce the conclusions and prospects of the research.The purpose of the study is to provide relevant theoretical basis for equipment management of the 54th Research Institute and for equipment maintenance management of the Electromechanical Equipment Maintenance Centre and the Component Processing Center by putting forward some suggestions on equipment maintenance management.Another purpose is to decrease failure rate,increase efficiency of equipment and reduce cost of production by deeply analyzing equipment maintenance mode,studying work flow of equipment maintenance and proposing solution suggestion.
