| In recent years, the cold-formed thin-walled steel structure has been developed rapidly, as the main cold-formed thin-walled steel split artifacts,cold-formed thin-walled steel split artifacts has attractde little researches both at home and aboard.This paper mainly makes theoretical analysis and researches on two kinds of cross section in the form of new box axial compression bearing capacity of compsite components.Firstly, the two new box type component of nonlinear finite element analysis using the finite element program ANSYS14.0, load displacement curve obtained by finite element analysis and test the ultimate bearing force of the specimen, and the failure mode of the problems are analyzed.Secondly, by using the finite element program to influence the high-strength new box type combined axial pressure bearing capacity of the members of the four main factors (flange width thickness ratio, web depth thickness ratio, stiffener spacing ratio, stiffener height ratio, long fine ratio parameter analysis, analysis of the its of new combination of cross section of box type structure uniaxial compressive stress and size of.After that, using finite strip program cufsm of member section parameters (high thick ratio, width thickness ratio and reinforcement parameters (stiffener spacing ratio, stiffener height ratio) of variable parametric analysis. And the analysis results and finite element results, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.At last,based on the analysis and comparison,this paper explores the calculating methods of two new box type combination the bearing capacity of the axial compression artifacts and puts forward the recommended calculating method which can be a reference for engineering and design. |
