Due to the rapid development of the industry, especially the rapid development of industrial production of organic chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, insecticides and herbicides, increasing the yield and kinds of organic compounds, all kinds of production wastewater and domestic sewage did not reach emission standards directly into the water, causing eutrophication of lakes and reservoirs water problems; Provide a good environment for the growth of Cyclops in water eutrophication, but also for drinking water treatment technology and water quality caused serious influence. Cyclops intracellular matter and excretion of the metabolites are mainly organic matter, is produced by the metabolism of the body. These metabolites including amino acids, protein, fat, purine, pyrimidine, nucleic acid of various organic compounds.The conventional water treatment technology of low removal rate of organic matter, the biological stability of drinking water will enter the network effect. Organic carbon in drinking water is to control the heterotrophic bacteria reproduce the main nutrients, assimilable organic carbon (AOC) content is generally considered the control limit of bacterial regrowth in water supply factors. In this paper, assimilable organic carbon (AOC) as the evaluation index of the biological stability of water quality, the Cyclops dead body dissolved substances and metabolites as the test object study under different factors, chlorine and chloramine disinfection of AOC removal effect.After Cyclops metabolites chlorination of AOC concentration varies with the amount of chlorine increased and showed decreased first and then increased and then decreased trend and in the amount of chlorine is 4mg/L reached the lowest value; Differernt from chlorine disinfection, AOC concentration with chloramine amount increases first increased and then decreased, and increased finally trend then decreased again and in chloramine dosage for 8mg/L reached its lowest value. To prolong the reaction time, chlorine and chloramine disinfection after AOC concentration showed decreased first and then increased and then decreased and then increased again the trend, at 6h to reach the minimum. Obviously, coagulation beaker test effects AOC concentration of coagulant dosage increased with the decreased when the coagulant dosage increased to 40mg/L, after disinfection of the AOC concentration reached the lowest, the concentration of less than 50μg/L. Chlorine/chloramine disinfection process in AOC concentration with temperature increased and decreased, but when the temperature is increased to 30℃, chloramine disinfection but AOC concentration but increased. With the increase of AOC, the C1/N concentration first decreased and then increased, and reached the lowest level when 10:1 was Cl/N, the concentration of 8.32mg/L was AOC.Cyclops dead body dissolved matter chlorine and chloramine disinfection, AOC concentration varies with the amount of chlorine increased and showed decreased first and then increased and then decreased trend, and in the amount of chlorine is 10mg/L and chloramine dosage reaches a minimum value is 20mg/L. Along with the prolonging of reaction time, chlorinated AOC concentration decreased after increased and then decreased, and reached the lowest value at 12h; Differernt from chlorine disinfection, AOC concentration with chloramine amount increases first increased and then decreased, and increased finally trend then decreased again and in the reaction time is 24h reached minimum value. The coagulation beaker test results show that with the coagulant dosage increased, AOC decreased significantly when the coagulant dosage increased to 40mg/L, the disinfection of AOC concentration is less than 50μg/L. In reaction temperature gradually increased in the process, chlorination disinfection effect significantly better on chloramine disinfection, with the increase of the temperature of the AOC concentration decreased, when the temperature of 30℃, chloramine disinfection process in AOC concentration will increase instead. "With the increase of AOC, the C1/N concentration first decreased and then increased, and reached the lowest level when 10:1 was C1/N, the concentration of 9.2mg/L was AOC.Through respectively, the Cyclops metabolites solution and Cyclops intracellular solution comparison chlorination and chloramine disinfection generation AOC shows that chlorine and chloramines disinfection can influence of AOC concentration is significant. But the trend is not always a linear correlation. Among them, coagulation temperature rise and can effectively improve the removal rate of AOC.
