Research On Hayi Expressway Asphalt Pavement Rutting Influence Factors And Prediction

In the asphalt pavement rutting disease investigation of Hayi highway and rut disease is the most serious problem of all the diseases, one of the most prominent damage forms. The highway asphalt pavement rutting not only restricts the pavement performance and service life, but also lead to serious security hidden danger to the passengers. Although the scholars at home and abroad for the influence factors of asphalt pavement rutting analysis and the problem of asphalt pavement rutting prediction method for a large number of studies, but for the influential factors study of asphalt pavement rutting season frozen area in northeast China is not enough, due to the special climate characteristics of the cold area, this paper will combine the domestic and foreign research results, we are gonging to consider the condition of the traffic load, temperature field distribution and the performance of asphalt mixture, especially pay attention to the influence of freeze-thaw cycle to asphalt pavement rutting, then we’l carry through finite element simulation analysis on the basis of creep and rutting test after the freeze-thaw cycle, to research the influence factors of asphalt pavement rutting in Hayi highway, and applied the result to the maintenance of highway.This paper will combine with the literature survey and field rut survey, analysis of expressway asphalt pavement rutting status, then study the influencing factors and damage mechanism; Combining with the investigation of highway traffic and the research of temperature field, analysis the influence of traffic load and pavement temperature on pavement rutting, and its influence parameters is obtained by the corresponding theoretical conversion. Considering the rapidly freezing and thawing cycle in the season frozen area, then go ahead bending creep and rutting test under the freezing and thawing conditions, combined with the experimental results under the condition of normal, analysis the impact of freeze-thaw cycle to the creep law and rut deformation, and study the relativity between creep test parameters and rutting index, provide the basis for the following research.In the base on the causes and affecting factors of asphalt pavement rutting, choose reasonable asphalt mixture mechanics calculation model, combined with the study that have been done in the preceding part of the text, after that carry through asphalt pavement rutting forecast analysis based on ABAQUS finite element in Hayi highway, and compared with the measured values analysis, validate its rationality, determine the impact of pavement rutting that caused by the freezing and thawing cycle in the season frozen area, and to provide reasonable reference for the maintenance of the Hayi highway.
