| In the process of separation of uranium isotope separation, the operation state of the main process equipment(centrifuge) is very important for the calculation and adjustment of the cascade scheme, the optimization and improvement of the operation efficiency of the cascade. For a cascade of the need to have a lot of the centrifuge, therefore need to design a relatively independent measurement and control subsystem to complete the whole cascade centrifuge testing tasks, the overall requirements for the subsystem is a reasonable design system structure, both to ensure the real time inspection, but also to ensure the accuracy of measurement.At present, there is no full satisfaction of the process requirements, so it has practical significance to develop a distributed gas centrifuge speed measurement and control system.In this paper, the principle and advantages and disadvantages of the speed detection device are introduced firstly. Then the main modules of the system are introduced. Secondly, the system is tested and verified by the system in engineering field.In the development of this system, I am mainly responsible for the overall design of the system and the development of the whole system. Through the overall design, the overall system of understanding, deepen my understanding of online measurement instrument, and learned a lot of knowledge, in the process of programming, also encountered many difficulties, but later also solved, from this project accumulated a lot of practical experience, for the future development of nuclear instrumentation. |
