| Solar energy is one of abundant and clean resources, it′s use and research has got more and more attention of science and technology workers around the world. Solar air conditioning system using lithium bromide solution, meets the requirement of energy saving and environmental protecting. But solar energy is intermittent, when it requires cooling at night, it is needed to set energy storage devices to make full use of solar energy.Solution energy storage technology is one kind of energy storage technology, using low quality energy. The refrigerant of the lithium bromide solution evaporates,then refrigerant vapor is accumulated in the storage tank, and the concentration of the diluted solution increases. Concentrated solution absorb stored refrigerant, to refrigerate. This kind of technology has a large energy storage density, and can use solar energy to drive. Based on solution energy storage technology, the three-phase energy storage technology( " three-phase " refers to the solution, crystallization, and water vapor respectively) can improve the system energy storage density further. Now, scholarshas focused on the research of the three-phase energy storage system.This paper proposes a new type of solar energy storage using lithium bromide solution with crystallization. The system parallels the three-phase energy storage device,basing on single effect lithium bromide absorption system. The energy storage device is made up of the energy storage tank, water tank and pump, etc. During the day, the solar energy absorption air conditioning system starts to work and the three-phase energy storage device accumulates solar energy at the same time; at night, the energy storage device releases energy, to meet the cooling requirements of air conditioning room. This system not only improves the utilization rate of solar energy, but also further improves the system energy storage density. First of all, the three-phase energy storage system is designed, including the design of energy storage device, the size of the heat transferring tube in the energy storage tank, and the device size; Second, the system is divided into several modules, to establish mathematical model for the modules one by one, and the system evaluation index is also given. Combining with example, MATLAB is used to analysis under the assumption that the heat source is constant, to research on parameters such as the heating medium(hot water) temperature, the heating medium(hot water) flow rate, the heat transfer performance of heat exchangers(the product of heat transfer area and heat transfer coefficient)and so on; Then, under the condition of unconstant heat source, energy storage process of the actual characteristics of the three-phase energy storage system is researched by calculating the intensity of solar radiation and collectors collection efficiency combining with example.It can provide convenient and scientific basis for the setup of test and the operation of the test, through experiment design and simulation analysis. |
