With the living area of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company development construction, heating area continues to expand, the existing heating system operation mode can not meet the requirements of modern living area development, how to improve living district heating quality, save energy and protect the natural environment, the company has become the hot, difficult problems. This article take the PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company living district heating system energy saving transformation as the study background, in the following two aspects of an in-depth exploration and research:(1) The heating system, load forecasting on the heating system for optimal regulation plays an important role, as the Surety Company of heating system energy efficiency and heating quality, relevant departments of the company to track prediction living area user hot, in order to satisfy the heating system for optimal regulation premise needed. Therefore, this article on the heating system for load forecasting is studied. Firstly, the theory of BP neural network system to carry on a more thorough discussion and research; and then, according to the heating system of heat load characteristics, combined with the actual situation of heating system, establishment of the artificial neural network load forecasting model; finally, a simulation example shows the load prediction model has higher precision, thus validating the design of content, the validity of the method.(2) As a result of thermal power station as the heat source and heat between a user and an important link in thermal power station, the heating quality of whole heating system in the thermodynamic conditions has a significant impact on company, improve heating quality plays an important role. Therefore, this article on the company thermal station automatic control system for serious research, in the heating system temperature control process, due to the controlled object with uncertainty and delay characteristics, the conventional PID control is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect. Therefore, using the fuzzy PID algorithm for temperature control of heating system. At the same time, by using the simulation software to verify the validity of the method. The content of this study is also one of the main content, the development of the company construction has very important significance.
