Electric vehicles has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection technology, and broad development prospects. Electric vehicles energy supply facilities construction is an important factor affecting the promotion and development of electric vehicles. Compared to the traditional stations with single function such as electric vehicle charging stations and battery energy storage power station, Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station has many technical and economic advantages. it is the development direction of future electric vehicles energy supply facilities. This article builds digital and analog simulation platform of 100 kW Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station connected to the grid as a distributed energy storage unit, analyzes and evaluates the problem of topology, control algorithm, energy flow, information flow, power flow, and the isolated island in Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station, raises running control mode and security policy of Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station connected to the grid as a distributed energy storage unit.During the expanded discussion around the access methods of Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station as distributed energy storage unit, this paper focuses on the interactions between integration station and power grid, first raises the concept of power flow and the control method of power flow in different grid conditions, and explores the control strategy of intergration station in solitary island operation, proposes the ―Virtual Connection‖ control method in solitary island operation.In the study of generalized energy/power scheduling control strategy acting on the Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station, faced with multi-source heterogeneous data in Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station, this paper first proposes the energy flow management approach combined information flow in Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station, generalized energy/power scheduling control strategy, carries out simulation analysis combined the Jiading grid actual data, and achieves good results.Finally, this article introduces the structures of 100 kW Charge-Discharge-Storage Integration Station simulation platform both from the main deflector and sampling control system.
