| This project is a practical project of Henan Diesel Engine Group Co., Ltd. It is mainly for improving the turbo charger system and other systems of TBD234 series. TBD234 series are produced using the proprietary technology of DEUTZ-MWM Company in Germany. With the improvement, it can meet the power demand of W200 C compaction machine(made by Hangzhou Heavy Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.) in dynamic performance. It can take the position of 12V135D(V-type machine) non-turbocharged diesel engine and G128ZLG(inline machine) turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine manufactured by SDEC.In this article, we first do some research into how the compaction machine works, and study the main configuration, performance, power of the power-driven and the request of the torque, hydraulic coupling, reducer performance and performance requirements. And then select the intake and exhaust systems, lubrication system, fuel system, cooling system, starting system, monitoring system and the speed governor of the diesel engine. It also makes adaptable changes and designs for the structure and transmission of the diesel engine. After the diesel engine is finished designing, it will be examined in the performance matching experiments, including speed performance experiment, full load speed characteristics(external characteristics) experiment and so on. All the experiments are used to test whether the performance of the diesel engine can satisfy production needs. In addition, the noise problems and sudden load smoke issues are analyzed in this article. |
