| At present days, there are many books for interior design for sales center on the market, but these kind of books are written by using a specific project as example, to analyze its recommended sales center mainly on the interior design by presenting large amount of pictures and a few words, but lack of the study of its graphic design and streamline, meanwhile the specific data and information about graphic design are rarely found, therefore a completed theory system is not established, so this is not helping people to induce interior graphic design. However, south China as the front line of reform and open market in China, it’s interior design of sales center is more mature than other regions. This article is taking real estate market as the background, to discuss the interior design theory of sales center; ‘graphic design’ and ‘boundary design’ are the two major elements of interior design. This article mainly focus in ‘graphic design’, using the basic data platform as the standard criteria, to study and discuss the method how to do a interior graphic design, and the strategic how to design a functional area by proportion and traffic streamline.First of all, this article states the basic and simple theory of sales center interior graphic design, to study from two sectors, firstly is the development of sales center, I discussed the history, present status, classification and service target; then turn into discus the relevant theory of sales center interior graphic design, which including those elements that have influence over the graphic functional design, and also the elements of indoor traffic streamline etc. The second part has analyzed the problem raised from functional graphic design and streamline design, which including the technical point, major data analysis and some other relevant theory too.Secondly, this article is taking four types of sales center in south China as examples, to study it’s function distribution, space streamline organization etc, to find the common characteristics of interior graphic design of sales center by analyzing a case study, looking at the graphic illustration, hence we can find out the problems existing in interior graphic design of sales center at the stages, in order for us to find the solutions against these problems.Following by the core content, I analyzed the major technical point of sales enter, mainly including functional space design, display art design, complex space model design, space streamline organization, and the connection between graphic design and surrounding environment, to analyze the project data and to reduce a conclusion.At the end, this article has raised three design principles from all the study and discussion above which suit the theory of sales center graphic design at this stage: humanization, experiential, intellectualized; base on the analysis from principle technical point, I managed to reclassify, reduce and conclude the core data proportion of functional region and space streamline organization, all these can be used for the same type of projects onwards. |
