The integrated automation is of automaiton,computer and communication technologies used in the substation.It is active meaning to carry out reformation of 110 kV Lu bu substations to improve operation mode and boost automation level and consolidate safe operation.The transformation project is the key project of the comprehensive automation system, and it is also interspersed with the replacement work of the protection device. The biggest difficulty of the transformation is the process of comprehensive automation system transformation, the total station once the equipment is not a power outage, which will greatly increase the difficulty of the transformation and transformation of this project. One of the major features of this transformation is the transformation of the station will be in the same time there are two integrated automation system at the same time operation.In this paper, we first analyze the transformation of the 110 kV substation integrated project, and determine which station control equipment, measurement and control device and related protection device need to transform, and analyze the design idea of its upgrading. The design idea of this paper is to minimize the power failure of the equipment in the process of transformation, and to minimize the outage time by the full preparation of the previous work. One of the major features of this transformation is the transformation of the old and new two integrated automation system will run simultaneously. According to the design idea to determine the transformation plan and the risk plan in the process of transformation. In this paper, we have developed the debugging scheme of 110 kV after the transformation of the station, and the debugging results were recorded in detail. At last, the paper records the running situation of the 110 kV after the transformation of a year, and proves that the reform scheme is feasible, and achieves the expected goal.
