| AbstractIn the substation automation system, the measurement-control devices undertake the task of measurement and control. With the development of the system voltage level, the old one can no longer satisfy the needs of the l-TV/UHV substation system, a new device is needed urgently. According to the development of the electrics, communication and the design idea of the substation automation system, combining many new theories on measurement and control, the dissertation puts forward the new measurement-control device. It is designed on the bay. The communication between the devices and substation layer is based on the Ethernet, which makes the unit can communicate with the substation layer flexibly and conveniently, and can realize the share of the information, so it can interlock the remote control operation on the whole. In the unit the communication among plug-in boards through two CAN buses, which are redundancy and do well in dealing with outbreak affair. The function of the unit can be configured as the need of the spot, and all the boards are designed according to the function. The measure is precise and the control is flexible and reliable. The man and machine interface is friendly. Besides these, the devices have the gateway function, which can realize the communication transmission and specification conversion. The devices will play an important role in the HV IUHY substation. |
