Waste incineration power generation technology is in line with the principles of the resources of garbage "reduction, resource recovery, harmless", and therefore will gradually become the first choice of waste disposal. It is popularized and applied rapidly in our country. With the improvement of pollutant control requirements, high efficiency and low pollution emission waste incineration boiler has the vital significance. The application of SNCR technology in garbage incinerators, which can reduce NOX emissions of the incineration flue gas effectively, it has good environmental benefits. Technology research in this area for SNCR denitration system can provide technical support for run economy. It can also provide a reference for garbage incineration power generation projects selected denitrator.This paper selects the typical waste incineration power generation boiler furnace for setting up heat balance calculation model, calculating of SNCR denitration system heat balance and analysis of the boiler furnace heat exchanger, heat losses and other energy efficiency impact when denitration system is into operation. Secondly, under the same conditions, by comparing efficiency testing energy, the scene to join the SNCR DeNOx incinerator before and after, analysis the difference of the energy efficiency. Finally, using economic evaluation methods, analysis the investment of SNCR denitration of waste incineration turbine is feasible and profitable or not.From a 750 t/d waste incinerator comparison test can be seen that, the efficiency difference between the two same conditions is 0.59%, and the thermodynamic calculations under the same working conditions thermal efficiency value of 0.48%, verifying the thermodynamic calculation results, proving the influences of incinerator after adding SNCR denitration system for boiler energy efficiency is not great; Moreover, NOX emissions from the comparative test data comparison shows that during the test the denitration efficiency is about 56.6% of the denitration system, NOX emissions is of 109 mg/m3 in average after removing, complying with the relevant standards of emission requirements.The economic efficiency of SNCR denitration system benefit analysis shows the project during the life period is expected to have a profit of RMB ï¿¥68.851 million, which has good economic benefit.
