At present, part domestic companies have mastered most core technology of AGV, rapid popularization and application of AGV is inevitable in the development of science and technology, so strengthen research for AGV technology has a profound significance. After fully compared of domestic and foreign AGV,mainly carried on detailed study of mechanical design, positioning technology, path planning for AGV, the main research contents are as follows:1. Investigate and research development situation of AGV at home and abroad, fully studied the path planning, control strategy, communication technology, automatic control technology, determine the direction of further research, the overall planning of AGV design was presented.2. Based on the electromechanics, materials science, use Solidworks as a tool, do AGV mechanical design from motor selection, driving wheel design, type selection, drive for shock absorption way, frame structures, exterior design emphatically, and verify the reliability of the mechanical transmission.3. In terms of control system, compare existing technology fully, magnetic guidance technology is determined as its guiding way; study safety protection technology of wheeled mobile robot, control strategy of combining emergency stop and slow stop was adopted; At the same time, using the COOLMAY machine as AGV control center,to analysis and design AGV control part, mainly from the circuit system, control program, man-machine interface,the three aspects elaborated control steps and methods of the AGV.4. Combining with Dijkstra in VC++ 6.0, calculate a shortest path from one point to another point, and improve algorithm by introducing a correction matrix,creating subsequent node, find out all shortest paths from one point to another point, picked out a optimal path in all shortest paths by creating a function finally, according to the operation route of AGV in the Matlab simulation, the simulation results reached expected effect.The experiment result has shown that designed magnetic AGV can run on the tape smoothly, and stop in time, functions can meet the requirements, so it can reduce the workload of workers in a great extent,improve the operation efficiency of the workshop, has a practical significance on the formation of factory automation. |
