Currently prestressed concrete technology has been applied in various fields of civil engineering profession, and tendons are tensioned prestressed construction is key. However, these devices can only guarantee the tendons tensile stress, Tensile control precision and double-ended long amount of tension during the initial stage of synchronization, as tension was, at both ends of post-tensioning device synchronization will be difficult to maintain.In this regard, this study nRF401 wireless communication module based on the prestressed tension control system. The control system uses primary and secondary control mode, the first time to complete the work is designed to control the machine control system, including hardware and software programs that control the machine control system design of each module.
