In today's communication technology applications,due to the fast and convenient features of wireless communication technology applications,it's be loved and used by more and more people,and have slowly replaced traditional wired communications in certain application fields.Gradually became the most popular,the most convenient and fast communication technology means.In the process of practical use,people's functional,convenient and experiential requirements for wireless communication are increasingly high.This section introduces experimental data and conclusions in the process of developing a radio-based wireless communication system between vehicles.It is intended to achieve wireless communication between two or more vehicles in a medium and long distance environment.After the system is finalized,it will be integrated into the vehicle as part of the vehicle communication system.The system is mainly composed of computers,ultrashort wave radio stations,network integrated control equipment,network switches,and voice controllers.It is based on the establishment of a wide area network for network integrated control equipment equipment.This thesis mainly includes the following three parts: The first part introduces the research background of the project,the research status of wireless communication system at home and abroad,the main research content and design index of the vehicle-mounted wireless communication system designed in this project.The second part introduces several optimal design schemes and the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme of the vehicle-mounted wireless communication system.It is convenient to detect the problem in the case of system test failure according to the flow of data/voice.In the third part,by designing a new data link,the high-speed interface unit of the network integrated control device is used as the management control and status reporting unit of the exchange routing unit of the entire communication system,and the parameter setting is visualized.Simplify the inconvenience caused by traditional firewall and router instructions;Using the low-speed interface(K port)of the network integrated control device to link the ultrashort wave radio station K port to handle the implementation of IP access including single-channel cable signaling,compared to the complex wireless network controller parameters that the customer needs to configure when transmitting data in the wireless communication system being used.,After the optimized design of the wireless communication system data transmission only needs to simply configure the network integrated control equipment Gateway and K-port network address parameters;In terms of strengthening the centralized control and integrated scheduling of voice,this section uses the low-speed interface(analog user interface)of the network integrated control device to simulate the relay interface,and sets the cable number of the seat phone in the network integrated control device through the visual interface.The wireless voice number of the ultrashort radio station is set up through the voice controller equipment,and the cable number of the seat phone is bound to the wireless voice number of ultrashort wave radio station through the voice controller equipment setting,so as to realize the function of calling and answering the radio voice of the seat phone..The fourth part briefly introduces the functions of the equipment used in the system and the requirements of the indicators that the system needs to achieve.The final test method after the system is completed records the system test results and analysis of the project design in detail.The system test process and methods are carried out according to customer requirements.The vehicle-mounted wireless communication system based on the network integrated control equipment is system-wide with 24 V DC power supply and is equipped with UPS in accordance with the uninterrupted power supply requirements to ensure that there is no sudden power outage and loss of information.In the plain areas where there is no undulating shelter,there should be no high-power transmission towers,high-voltage wires,etc.that affect normal radio communications,and there is no obvious blocking,the mobile wireless communication system in the vehicle carries out stable voice and data communication distances of not less than 6km;In the mountain environment,stable voice and data communication can be carried out.
