With the rapid development of hydraulic industry,because of the limitation of their own conditions or work requirements,Servo valve and proportional valve can not be a good application in some engineering fields.The formation of electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve is based on the combination of servo technology and proportional technology,and it is widely used in various engineering fields because of its advantages of high performance.Electro-mechanical transformer is used as the driving element of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve,its performance directly determines the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve.Therefore,the improvement of the dynamic and static performance of the electro-mechanical transformer also marks the improvement of the performance of the electro-hydraulic servo proportional valve,which means that the research of the electro-mechanical transformer has a very important function and significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1) The working principle and structure type of the double degree of freedom electro-mechanical transformer are analyzed and introduced,and the structureand characteristics of the moving-iron double degree of freedom electro-mechanical transformer with single input are simulated and analyzed;2) The structure and working principle of moving-coil bidirectional electro-mechanical transformer used by the valve are illuminated,and the method of improving the output force is discussed;3) The structure design of key components of moving-coil bidirectional electro-mechanical transformer used by the valve is analyzed by the finite element analysis,and the size of key structure and material selection of each component are determined;4) The problems,such as sealing problem,valve connection problem and coiling problem,which encountered in the actual situation of moving-coil bidirectional electro-mechanical transformer used by the valve,were researched and analyzed,and the corresponding solving methods were put forward;5) Firstly,the finite element analysis model has been established and carried on the simulation analysis.Then,the test system has been set up to test and research the prototype.Finally,the theory data and the test data were compared to analyze the differences.
