Compared with the conventional directional valve,proportional valve(servo proportional valve) has a big advantage on the integrated performance and widely used in the hydraulic engineering.The Electro-mechanical transformer is one of the most important part of servo proportional valve and it makes a big difference of the valve integrated performance.Improving the static and dynamic output characteristics of Electro-mechanical transformer means improving the static and dynamic output characteristics of servo proportional valve. It has a great significance to analyze and study the Electro-mechanical transformer used in servo proportional valve.In this paper, the mainly working contents are as follows:1) Introduces the structure of moving magnet Electro-mechanical transformer and its operating principle.Using the analytic method to establish the mathematical model of moving magnet Electro-mechanical transformer and permanent magnet. Get the expression of the output force, analyze the effects of parameters on the output and established optimization principles;2)Study the relation between the shape and output characteristics of the permanent magnet and optimize its integrated performance; using the type of moving magnet structure, decrease the clearance between shell and support; 3)Using the special-shaped permanent magnet frame, reduce the dynamic quality and improve the response speed;4)Using the coil bracket as the joints, enhance the processing propertyand solve the problems of the moving coil structure of the flying line and wire export seal problem;5)The equation of moving magnet Electro-mechanical transformer was established under the condition of dynamic state, including the force balance equation、voltage balance equation and energy balance equation,using the finite element software to analyse the dynamic output characteristics.6)Optimize the moving coil Electro-mechanical transformer, proposed the radial magnetization permanent magnet tandem circuit, in order to improve the permanent magnet magnetic potential, reduce the quality of the moving parts, the permanent magnet was placed outside the coil. Output results are verified byUsing the finite element software to study the output results.
