The hydraulic pump can be divided according to the different structure of gear pumps, vane pumps and piston pumps.Piston pump which has the advantages of little leakage, good sealing, high efficiency and higher pressure.It is widely used in various important industrial areas, especially among the high-pressure and high-power hydraulic system.Axial piston hydraulic pump has flow pulsation,vibration and noise when normal operation. So the optimization of piston hydraulic pump’s performance has been a hot research topic. In this paper, the method of replacing the inclined plane with helical surface is presented,which uses left-hand surface and right-hand surface match the oil suction window and pressure oil window. Then on the basis of this, the reverse dislocation double pump is designed, the helical surface of the two pumps face back or relative and oil seal has phase difference.The purpose is to design a constant flow output of the axial piston pump.By querying and reading the literature, study and analysis the current results achieved on research and optimization of axial piston pump. In this paper,starting with the basically theoretical and structure of the conventional axialpiston pump, and then, expressing and calculating the mathematical formula of axial piston pump, find the root cause that traditional axial piston pump generates a pulsating flow. Based on what we find, elaborating new type axial piston pump working principle and deducing the mathematical formula of its working performance.Based on the analysis of the basic theory, the instantaneous flow output characteristics of the traditional axial piston pump and the new axial piston pump are calculated and compared with the help of MATLAB software.Through the analysis of two piston pump instantaneous flow output characteristic curve, it was found that when the piston for 8, equal to the length of the new type axial piston pump instantaneous flow output curve peaks and troughs, namely that when certain structure linked the two new type axial piston pump can be that the peaks and troughs are overlapped, get a constant flow output axial piston pump.On the basis of analysis on the new type axial piston instantaneous pump output flow characteristic curve, using three-dimensional modeling software UG modeling structure on the design of the new constant flow axial piston pump,and output each constant flow axial plunger pump working principle of engineering drawings.Finally in the AMESim simulation software of hydraulic system, design and build the new constant flow axial piston pump hydraulic system.In reference to the actual work environment, setting up the parameters of the hydraulic system, and then simulating the model, the simulation results ofsingle piston model and the whole system simulation results are obtained. The simulation results show that the new type axial piston pump output flow after system start-up phase, the output flow stabilized, the pulse rate decreased significantly, verify the design constant flow axial plunger pump under the actual working condition of the feasibility. The conclusion of this paper has an important reference value for the study of the axial piston pump in the future.
