In this paper, a type of gun missile guidance and control system development as the background, to research the modeling process of gun missile, the design of guidance and control systems, carried out the design of hardware system and software system based DSP, completed the semi-physical simulation, It concluded a design and simulation method of guidance and control system according to the theory of rapid prototyping.First, summarized the research status and problems of gun missile guidance and control system, introduced common design method and hot spots of stage study. Build the mathematical model of the missile, and definite the related angle and the relation between the angle in different coordinate, and control equations, etc. Thus derived control equations for each channel of missile, provides the mathematical basis for design and simulation of guidance and control system.Secondly, focusing on the entire gun missile guidance and control system design and operations, including the work process of laser beam riding guidance system and the structure of stability control loop, built a Simulink model and characteristic analysis, and analyzed the servo instruction dispatch of the control system.Third, based on TI’s DSP chip designed the guidance and control system hardware system, including missile controllers, interface circuits, MEMS sensors, and completed the design of software systems, and build a hardware in loop simulation(HILS) platform, by half physical simulation of the entire guidance and control system to verify the hardware and software design method.Finally, according to the whole process of guidance and control system design and simulation work and combining rapid prototyping theory summarized a set of guidance and control system design and simulation processes, which focuses on the DSP and PC communication, realized the PC and DSP controller Joint commissioning simulation process, in order to shorten the development cycle, improving the quality of products.
