In controller designing, Rapid Prototyping is applied in forepart of developing cycle. This technology made them come true that downloading the algorithm which developed by engineer to computer hardware, connecting with controlled object, executing real-time simulation, evaluating the capability of algorithm when connecting with controlled hardware, finding the best algorithm by rapid reiteration designing. After confirming the algorithm, accomplishing the controller design by auto code building and downloading to the embed computer.Guidance and control system is the kernel of missile system. The flight-control-part is the important component of missile. It is the carrier of the filtering algorithm of target tracking, the guide law, the navigation algorithm of inertia and the algorithm of stabilization-loop etc. Importing the rapid prototyping in designing of guidance and control system of missile, adopting advanced equipment and advanced method, it can be comprehensively to enhance the system reliability, shorten the development cycle and reduce costs for various controlled-objects.The main contributions of this paper are summarized as follows:1) This paper analysis the requirement of rapid prototyping of guidance and control system of missile;2) This paper propose two rapid prototyping schemes of rapid prototyping of guidance and control system of missile: based on RT_LAB Real Time Simulator and Integrated Develop System (IDS) of guidance and control system respectively. And summarize the specialty of the two schemes.3) Accomplish the design of the algorithm of guidance and control system. Study the adaptive tracking algorithm (ATS) of target tracking and make simulation analysis.4) After the designing of the algorithm of guidance and control system, this paper accomplish the control system rapid prototyping in rapid prototyping system which based on RT_LAB Real Time Simulator, accomplish the guidance and control system rapid prototyping based on Integrated Develop System (IDS).In practice, to meet the needs of design of guidance and control system of missile, the two schemes can be used comprehensively to enhance the system reliability, shorten the development cycle and reduce costs for various controlled-objects.
