With the rapid development of society economic and the acceleration of urbanization, some issues, such as urban traffic congestion, environmental pollution and housing shortage, become increasingly prominent. How to ease urban traffic congestion effectively, construct a harmonious and sustainable development of the urban system of transportation and residential land, become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the residents with different travel behavior and different attributes how to choose the residence is researched, and mainly focused on the choice of residence and transportation integration model based on fuzzy decision. Follows:First chapter, the research background, purpose and significance of the study on the relationship between residents’ residence and transportation is introduced, the status quo of research at home and abroad is analyzed, and pointed out the existence of the current domestic and gave the main contents of the study. The second chapter in order to explore the relationship between residential attribute and residential selection, according to the different properties of residents choose to live, the fuzzy nearness that residential area and location target interaction are proposed by combining the fuzzy quantitative treatment of all location target.According to family satisfaction semantic evaluation in each target, the fuzzy nearness degree matrix that community meets all the targets is established by the satisfaction, and the family’s comprehensive sequencing of each district is got by the fuzzy optimization method. Combined with district position, the optimal neighborhood in the decision makers’ heart is got by constructing the fuzzy linear 0-1 programming model, and the highest satisfaction district in the multi-family game is proposed by Borda function. Examples show that: the residents from 23 to 30 years old will be as far as possible to select those districts that close to the commuter destination and have lower prices, better entertainment environment. Residents from 31 to 45 years old and have lower income will choose districts that have good education environment and lower prices. Higher income levels tend to choose the area that indicators are very good. Low income residents from 46 to 59 years old, usually tend to choose those close to the destination, have lower prices, close to the park, have good natural andhumanistic greening environment. Higher income families tend to choose districts with a high degree of comprehensive satisfaction that all the indicators are good. The third chapter in order to explore the relationship between residents’ travel behavior and the choice of residence, according to the chain of residents with different travel behavior and the characteristics of multi focus in the choice of residence, combining the commuter traffic impedance of various transportation modes, the fuzzy evaluation matrix of the commuting traffic impedance and the non-traffic location target of each cell are got. Using quantitative and qualitative index fuzzy norm method to deal with matrix, the districts with the most convenient traffic and the area with the highest degree of satisfaction of non-traffic location target for each family are got by fuzzy decision method. By structuring a fuzzy game decision model with multi objective cooperation, seeking the balance between traffic and non-traffic location, district with the highest comprehensive satisfaction is got. Examples show that: the residents from 23 to 30 years old focus on the choice of the district employment and entertainment environment and easy to commute. Residents from 31 to 45 years old with lower income levels, pay more attention to the area of educational environment than the travel behavior of family members. Residents with higher levels of income tend to choose the area which is convenient to commute, to come to school and all the indicators are good. Residents from 46 to 59 years old with lower income levels tend to choose the residence with higher overall satisfaction which is convenient to travel, closes to the park, has a satisfactory environment and housing prices. Higher income residents tend to choose the residence with highest satisfaction that all indicators are very good, and close to their own requirements. The fourth chapter the main work and innovation of this paper are summarized, the shortcomings of the paper are pointed out, and the direction for further research is proposed.
