Ultraviolet analyzer can produce different wavelengths of ultraviolet light, so it is widely used in in the fields of pharmaceutical industry,food industry, address archaeological and safety investigation. The measurement and calibration of the UV analyzer is the guarantee of the effective traceability. With the title “Research on Device and Method of Calibrating Ultraviolet Ray Analyse”, this thesis analyzes the calibration device, measurement performance parameters and calibration methods, and it has important significance for the evaluation of the measurement characteristics of UV analyzer.In this thesis, the UV analyzer calibration device is developed, the measurement performance parameters of the UV analyzer are analyzed, and the calibration method is determined. Main work of the thesis includes following parts:(1)The domestic and foreign development status of the calibration scheme for ultraviolet analyzer was analyzed, and the characteristics of ultraviolet analyzer were studied. The design scheme of the calibration device was presented, which was composed of the spectrometer and the ultraviolet irradiance meter.(2)The measurement performance parameters and the evaluating indicators of ultraviolet analyzer were studied. The indication error of wavelength, half peak width, ultraviolet radiation intensity, uniformity, repeatability and stability were confirmed as the calibration parameters of UV analyzer. The measurement evaluating indicators of above-mentioned parameters were determined.(3) This thesis had built a platform for the calibration device of ultraviolet analyzer,and study the calibration method of all parameters of UV analyzer, such as the indication error of wavelength, half peak width, ultraviolet radiation intensity, uniformity, repeatability, stability, and the corresponding measurement evaluating indicators.(4)The uncertainty of the measurement results for the calibration device of the ultraviolet analyzer was analyzed. The source and evaluation method of each branch of uncertainties were determined, and a report on the calibration specification of the ultraviolet analyzer was formed.(5)Finally, the UV analyzer calibration device and calibration method is applied to the actual calibration,The validation samples was common UV analyzer of different structures.Application results show that the structure of the calibration device was reasonable, the measurement parameters and the measurement evaluating indicators were in line with the expected requirements. The uncertainty of measurement results of the device was evaluated, and a complete calibration specification for the ultraviolet analyzer was formed.
