With the continuous development of the modernization process in our country,the performance requirements for the IM drive system becomes higher and higher. How to further improve the low speed performance of the IM drive system is one of the most arduous technologies to be solved.Open loop variable voltage and variable frequency(V/f) control method and close loop speed sensorless vector control(SLVC) method are two popular methods for IM speed sensorless control. V/f control method possesses good robustness and high reliability.However,this method has poor low speed performance.In order to improve the low speed performance,we have to make further analysis and research on the V/F control algorithm of IM.Based on the T-equivalent circuit of IM, this article proposes the method of stator voltage orientation by analyzing the V/F algorithm of IM.By analyzing the voltage drop of stator resistance,slip frequency and PWM dead-zone,and proposes the compensation method accordingly.Based on the T-equivalent circuit of IM,proposes a parameter identification method for IM,design a kind of DC test to identify stator resistance and a kind of AC test to identify leakage of stator,rotor resistance and mutual inductance.In the process of identification, the identification of the above four parameters is completed in the off-line state.In view of the PWM dead-zone effection on the identification result, according to the error analysis of off-line identification algorithm the compensation of the PWM dead zone error is realized by the decoupling of the voltage.Here designs the drive system’s hardware and software, the hardware including the current sampling circuit, temperature sampling circuit, inverter circuit and display and key circuit.Though the simulations and experiments,the motor compensation method and the parameter identification method is verified.
