With the rapid development of economy in our country, the proportion of the building energy consumption in total social energy consumption is increasing. Building energy efficiency, especially large public buildings energy conservation problem is getting more and more attention from society. The energy saving problem has been urgent for market which is the main group of large public buildings. The central air conditioning is the main energy consumption equipment in shopping malls. In area with hot summer and warm winter, its energy consumption can be up to more than 35% of the total energy consumption. Chilled water system is the core equipment of central air conditioning system, and the optimization of its operation parameters will directly affect the overall energy efficiency of central air conditioning system. Therefore, chilled water system operation parameters optimization is of great importance to the central air conditioning system energy saving in mall construction.For problems such as the larger span of load interval of air conditioning cooling in mall and unreasonable operation of the central air conditioning chilled water system equipment, this paper, taking the central air-conditioning chilled water system of a big shopping mall in Guangzhou as the research object, studied the optimization of the chilled water system operation parameters, and provided the reference store air conditioning chilled water system in different load range of effective operation.The study of this paper mainly included:(1)This paper selected the appropriate experience model of the chilled water system equipment. By using the system running data, identification and cross validation were carried out through the mathematical model of various devices of the chilled water system.(2)This paper used the function of TRNSYS software custom module to compile the mathematical model of the chilled water system equipment, added the MATLAB control module based on genetic algorithm, and used the elitist selection method to improve the genetic algorithm, and established the central air conditioning chilled water system TRNSYS simulation platform.(3)According to historical operation data of central air conditioning chilled water system in the market, this paper analyzed the performance and operation efficiency of the chilled water system equipment, and discovered the present problems existing in the market’s central air conditioning system operation, and found out the operation parameters which was highly correlated with the actual operation efficiency in the process of water chiller operation.(4)This paper used TRNSYS simulation platform of the chilled water system with different cold load range of parameter optimization operation respectively, compared with actual operation data, and combined the operation of the chiller form August 15, 2014 to August 14, 2015. It showed that the average energy saving rate of the chilled water system was about 5.70%, running efficiency COPe improved about 0.27, which verified the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method.The study shows that the proposed optimal operation method has good energy saving effect, which can provide theoretical basis and reference for optimized control of central air conditioning chilled water system in a department store.
