The Application Of Dimming Control System Based On The Traffic Volume And The Hole Brightness

With the development of highway construction, tunnel mileage is increasing. The questions of tunnel lighting energy saving and security operation is in conflict. For reducing operation costs and the accident rate, it will become a rigorous challenge in the process of the construction of the tunnel, which need highway tunnel significantly extend the service life of tunnel lighting lamps and reduce carbon emissions and electronic waste.For analyzing tunnel unhealthy dimmer way form by the electric energy waste and risk factors, it’s need to study that base on the brightness of hole and traffic unlimited dimming and way to improve the unhealthy dimmer. First it introduces the aspect of reducing energy consumption of highway tunnel lighting development in the domestic and foreign present situation, and summarizes based on the number of cars which is less discussed in our country at present and in the brightness of the hole unlimited dimming method research; according to the theory of highway tunnel lighting dimming and strengthen lighting dimming which is basis on the mathematical model, this paper expounds the shortcomings of existing highway tunnel lighting system; through the analysis of highway tunnel hole actual brightness changes, and explains the timing dimming lighting and simple way of grading the dimming effect on driving safety, so it can comprehensive the structure above and establish the mathematical model of basic lighting dimmer; the data of traffic volume, the brightness of inside and outside in the hole has been acquired and processed, then we need fuse control parameters after obtained the processed data; through the analysis of the working principle of the unlimited dimming LED lighting system, and design the level of unlimited dimming control workflow, then monitoring management software of the upper machine and its working model were determined and designed, at the mean time determining the content of the fine management based on the energy consumption, in view of the special of the three different kinds of system’s control signal transmission mode and the choice of communication methods need to be compared.The purpose of this paper is to make the brightness in and out of traffic and hole parameters into the unlimited dimmer light illumination algorithm. According to the basis theory that JiuDin Mountain tunnel in the project of the lighting system modification for energy conservation and emissions reduction, and through the traditional lighting and unlimited dimmer lighting electricity consumption, comparing the actual measured values obtained that unlimited dimmer lighting system energy consumption than traditional way that move light LED lamp lighting system energy saving 32.6%, and system run in good condition, and it also can effectively realize the system function demand.
