Research On The Assessment Technology Of New Highway Opened To Traffic Operation Safety

With the flourishing development of the highway construction, the mileage of the new highway has been constantly increasing. The operators of new highway not only improve the efficiency of transportation, but also bring security issues that cannot be ignored. Since the attention paid to the new highway opened to traffic operation safety isn’t enough, it is in a poor condition. Therefore, we need to pay great attention to the problem of new highway opened to traffic operation safety, and to evaluate the operation status, analysis of the generation mechanism of new highway traffic accident, make solid improvement countermeasures.Through researching the domestic and foreign relative documents, I find that little research has been done in safety operational problems of the new highway. Thus this paper puts forward the concept of the new highway, and conducts psychological, physiological experiments on the driver of the new highway by the VBOX, dynamic heart all instruments to divide the new highway into general curve segment, straight road, general slope section and bending slope sections. Secondly, by analyzing the influencing factors of operation safety from four aspects in driver, vehicle,roads, environment in the new highway in a quantitative and qualitative method, this paper puts forward operational safety evaluation index. Once more, through triangular fuzzy judgment matrix, this paper establishes an assessment system whose important weight includes a pilot tone, speed difference,plane curve radius, longitudinal slope, and slope length, degree of traffic signs, perfect weather condition. Next, on the bases of changes of heart rate and pupil size, using the evaluation method of tension, the paper analyzes the relation between the tension of the driver in driving process and changes of significance of each evaluation index in a quantitative and qualitative method, obtains security risks in the process of traffic operations of new highway and builds a model of the mechanism of the accident. Finally, combined with the statistics, analyze the accident mechanism and put forward prevention countermeasures combined with the evaluation results. For the operational safety hidden trouble in the new highway, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of safe operation from four aspects of lane change behavior, roadside protection, bad weather, anti-dazzle facility.Researches show that the frequency of the traffic accident on new highway has a high correlation with driving tensity, road alignment parameters, speed difference and environmental matters. The prevention countermeasures are raised effectively reduce the security hidden danger. This paper provides the new traffic operation safety assessment theory instruction, provide practical guidance for its safety accident prevention.
