| With the continuous development of new energy, wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy gradually become the focus of attention, the inverter module is an indispensable and important part of process of use these new energy to generate power.Along with the continuous development of power electronics technology, the inverter source’s requirements are increasingly high, not only requires the amplitude, frequency and phase of the output voltage is stable, but also the harmonic content of the output voltage contains require low.Furthermore, the ability of power to carrying load is asked for higher requirements, so the research of inverter power source technology has a very important and practical significance.In this paper, the circuit principle of the inverter circuit is analyzed, then based on the harmonic content of output waveform of the system under the condition of different load, the filter circuit of the inverter circuit’s output voltage is designed. Based on comprehensive analysis of existing inverter control algorithm,this paper presents a compound control algorithm combined with loop control algorithm with load current feed forward and the algorithm of repetitive control. This algorithm not only eliminates the resonance peaks near the resonance frequency,but also has good dynamic characteristics as well as compensating the inverter dead time and enhanced the inhibition ability of the system to a periodic perturbation.According to the analysis of the previous algorithm, this paper do some simulations under the condition of Simulink to verify the algorithm. The test results show that the compound control system proposed in this paper has good adaptability to load disturbance, which can quickly compensate for the load disturbance, and the harmonic content of the output voltage waveform of the inverter is very low, along with the good performance of steady-state.Finally, according to the actual situation, this paper build an experimental hardware platform which choose TMS320F2812 chip as the control chip of the system.Based on the three-phase diesel generators as the power supply, the hardware experiment platform contains the rectification circuit, IGBT drive circuit, IGBT control circuit, filter circuit, sampling circuit, buffer circuit and so on. In the end, the algorithm is tested on the hardware platform, and obtained the desired results. |
