With massive production and commercialization progress of electric vehicle, charging for EVs has become one of the restrain factors for its development due to larger urban lands utilization of power stations and adverse effects on grid exerted by massive EVs access simultaneously. Emerging in recent years, magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transfer technology can realize wirelessly charging for EVs’ battery array both on the parking lot and along the load. Therefore, this technology will promote the development of EVs. In this thesis, model of EV with wirelessly charging is established and analysis. For example, hi-frequency inverter, resonator, voltage regulator and battery are modeled and simulated respectively. Moreover, the optimal designed is made for resonator.Firstly, introduced the bottlenecks of electric vehicles exist in current development, introduce the research progress and results on aspects of wireless charging of electric vehicles at home and abroad.Research on the topology model of magnetically coupled resonant wireless charging system for electric vehicles, from the coupled mode theory, circuit theory and two port network theory to analyze the transmission mechanism of magnetically coupled resonance wireless power.According to the specific conditions of application of magnetic resonance coupling system in the electric vehicle charging, through mechanism simulation of different resonance mechanism, analysis the electromagnetic field distribution characteristics. Simulation analysis through its own electromagnetic field distribution characteristics, ultimately chose the double helical structure as the coupling mechanism resonant coupling wireless charging of electric vehicles, and analyze the self-inductance, resistance and inductance, etc. calculation, analysis and design for dual helical coil geometry parameters of electric vehicles and selects the double spiral resonant coupling structure as the coupling mechanism of electric vehicle wireless charging, calculate the self inductance and mutual inductance and design the geometry parameter for electric vehicles.Finally, analysis and design of rectifying and voltage stabilizing circuit, make the high-frequency alternating current for rectifier voltage processing, to meet the constant voltage charging requirements of power battery, and simulation for the battery charging process control.
