Study Of Use Of Natural Light In The Sand Table Model Display Space Of Urban Planning Exhibition Hall

Firstly, by having some field research about urban planning exhibition hall, some problems about luminous environment of display space of sand table have been discovered and summarized. These problems mainly focus on energy consumption aspect physical and psychological aspect of the audience. Base on these problems, this assumption is put forward: if natural lighting is used in the display space of sand table, problems above can be solved.Secondly, while studying the characteristics of natural light, this thesis has some research of Light environment requirements of display space of sand table. Then it compares two of them to conclude the range of application of natural light in the display space of sand table.Thirdly, after concluding the range of application of natural light, this thesis continues to have some study of the strategy of natural light using in a specific way. First step is to have some qualitative and quantitative analysis of different ways of lighting. Second step is to study different ways to control lighting from three angles of space, material and construction.Finally, by combining research achievement above and Professional practice case together, display space of sand table of urban planning exhibition hall of Wuyi is analyzed in the Lighting and light controlling. Then Quantitative analysis of the display space is obtained by using software, and then evaluation is concluded.
