| In recent years, With the shortage of traditional energy and that causes the environmental problems are more and more serious, people attach more importance to renewable green clean energy, the wind energy as a kind of renewable green energy has been widely used in the production and living. As one of the clean energy of wind power is also popular with people, so to choose the reasonable fundamental form also becomes the major factor of diciding the person’s investment cost. This article is based on traditional gravity fundamental form, what embeds it is called pre-stressed anchor, forming a new form of fan base: rock anchor foundation.Through studying the uplift mechanism basing on the rock bolt, this article elaborated the basic principle of the stress of the rock bolt, the displacement deformation,failure mechanism and so on, and relying on the rock anchor foundation of the Feicheng Liutai UPC 49.5 MW wind farm project in Shandong, by means of four groups of anchorage length of rock bolt pulling test, selecting design parameters in reasonable, reducing the engineering cost in maximum degree, and providing the base for engineering design. Basing on the summarizing predecessors experience and researching results, this article is using numerical simulation software ABAQUS, adopting the basic principle of rock bolt by finite element modeling analysis, comparing with the pull-out test, and analying the stress, strain and effect of the single anchor and group. At this point, analyzing the influence of parameter’s change in load-bearing stress.That mainly includes the following content in several aspects:(1) This artic researched the working principle and anchoring mechanism of a fan rock anchor foundation Through analying and studying on the mechanical transmission form, bearing capacity, failure form and displacement deformation.(2) This artic study the impact of the bolt diameter,the anchoring depth, rock physical and mechanical properties on the uplift bearing capacity of anchor bolt through the experimental, through the measured data, a draw bolt anchorage segment displacement change with drawing force curve, and the steel bar meter curve, and to analyze it on such a basis, determined fan base bolt parameters.Through the field test, this artic achived the curve of bolt anchoring segment displacement change with drawing force, and the steel bar meter curve, and determined fan base bolt parameters according these.(3) The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish model of the fan base. Simulated the anchor stress, strain and bearing capacity changing rules under the action of vertical load and wind load through the comparative analysis researchign on fan rock anchor foundation as a whole and a single rock anchor foundation.In the meantime,analyzed and compared between the rock anchor the pull-out test, numerical simulation results, the group of single anchor anchor and the results of numerical simulation to provide the basis for rock bolt foundation design.The studying of this article have certain guidance and reference function on the fan selection and selection of rock bolt parameters. |
