| In recent years,the society is developing rapidly,at the same time,the energy we rely on for survival is also increasingly exhausted,the modern society’s demand for new energy is more and more intense.At the same time,pollution-free,clean green new energy has been widely concerned by people.Wind energy,as a green energy that can be recycled and renewable,has been widely used in modern life,so wind power is now slowly becoming an important source of our daily energy.The fan is composed of the upper engine room,the blades,the tower barrel and the base part.Because of the high cost of the fan,it is particularly important to optimize and select the foundation of the fan,which can effectively improve the stability,durability and reduce the cost of the fan.Therefore,this paper studies the combination of rock bolt and fan foundation in the ground gravity fan foundation,and studies the role of expansion bolt in the rock foundation.Based on the study of the force mechanism of rock bolt and rock bolt with expansion head,this paper expounds the damage and deformation of rock bolt and rock bolt with expansion head under the action of load and its force mechanism.This study is based on a wind power plant in Yantai,Shandong Province,which has a total installed capacity of 48 MW.The drawing test is carried out on multiple groups of fans in the field.A number of bolts are taken from each fan to carry out the measured drawing test.This paper refers to a number of papers,in the previous effective theory under the support of independent research.The simulation software ABAQUS was used for modeling and analysis.When the model was adjusted to be close to the actual situation,a detailed comparison was made with the field measured pull-out test to study the difference between rock bolt with or without expansion head,the lifting degree and the optimal length of rock bolt.At the same time,it will also analyze the lifting effect of group anchors on the fan base.The main research contents are as follows:The stress mechanism of common rock bolt and rock expansion bolt is studied.This study rock bolt bolt and rock expansion head bolt mechanics how to transfer,failure form and the displacement of the whole bolt is analyzed.(1)In the field of anchor bolt pull-out experiment,study in a certain diameter of anchor hole,anchoring depth and whether grouting has the mechanical properties of expansion zone on the impact of the bolt pull-out ability,drawn in the field curve--the curve of the change of anchor bolt anchorage segment with the tension.(2)The ABAQUS finite element was used to simulate the common bolt and the expansion head bolt,compare the differences between the rock bolt and the expansion head bolt,and compare the mechanical differences of different anchoring lengths to obtain the optimal solution.(4)Select the fan foundation parameters and ultimate load of Shandong wind farm,and use ABAQUS finite element to model the fan foundation with expansion head anchor and ordinary gravity foundation,and compare and analyze the improvement brought by rock expansion head anchor in the fan foundation. |
