Hybrid electric vehicles not only take into account the power performance of traditional fuel vehicles and the charging problem of electric vehicles, but also reduce the pollution of the environment and the growing shortage of energy. Hybrid electric vehicle is a hot emerging field in the automobile industry. The main difficult problem in the design of hybrid electric vehicles is the motor control strategy and the coupling of the engine and the motor. With the development of computer and modern control theory, Hybrid electric vehicles are getting more and more attention and research.In this paper, combined with the research status and development process of hybrid electric vehicles and BLDCM motors, the control strategy of BLDCM motors is introduced. According to the structure and the mathematical model of BLDCM motors, the control system of BLDCM motors control system is described in this paper.based on the classical PID control algorithm, the control theory of discrete PID is described in detail. the programming of the control algorithm is completed in the software, and the basis and process of configuring the PID variables are also configured.The design of hardware and software of BLDCM motors based on TMS320F2812 as the main control chip is completed. Hardware is mainly composed of minimum system of DSP, power module, power driver module, Hall signal processing module, PWM signal processing module, and control signal processing module. In the software part, according to the method of modular design, all parts are designed independently, and the program flow chart is set up. Including system initialization program, the electronic commutation program, AD signal program,speed measurement program, slope control program, PID speed control program.The code of the programs are written in CCSv3.3 platform. The communication function of DSP and PC and real-time data monitoring are built in Labview.The motor experiment platform is set up, Hall signal acquisition, AD signal acquisition, PID control and other experiments were carried out. It verifies the availability of motor control system design.
