Grouting technology is an important technology in tunnel construction. At present, the construction of highway tunnel in China, does not have a set of complete and accurate grouting construction technique and quality standard, which brings a lot of difficulties for the grouting construction scheme design and test.After careful investigation, the geological condition of the outlet section of Long-tan Tunnel left line is very bad. So, grouting water plugging is needed, but traditional grouting scheme can’t meet the needs. Therefore this paper gives a the reasonable grouting construction scheme for Long-tan Tunnel left line.The grouting quality and reliability is analyzed as well.The specific research contents and main results acquired are as follows:1) According to Long-tan Tunnel features, we compare grouting equipment and materials, technology and select the most suitable scheme from the point of view of technology and economy.A grouting scheme for further optimization is provided as well.2) Two special area of the left line of Long-tan Tunnel: carbonaceous shale section and ZK72+199 of the exit of the left line, is given a separate analysis and determination of grouting scheme, which provides the basis for the construction,making grouting construction smooth.3) Utilizing the system reliability theory to make an analysis of grouting quality reliability index of grouting,and calculating its system reliability probability, the calculation results were basically identical with tunnel practical excavated results,which could well reflect reality result of grouting.
