Power loss is the power supply enterprise’s important economic and technical index, the key assessment indicators are that managers face the biggest challenge is how to maximize reduce line loss rate, particularly to reduce line loss management. Line loss management has become the guarantee the safety of the power grid, improve power supply reliability rate, attack the stealing electricity to maintain the order of the electric power market, ensure the urgent requirements of power supply enterprise benefit.The main line loss management and technical loss. Cause there are many reasons for the line loss management, such as: measuring instruments lost quasi, wrong connection junction leakage, ratio of archives user error, unreasonable allocation of line and steals the electricity user and so on, which users of electric larceny is main reason. 5% for 10 k V distribution lines and 10 district abnormal loss of 2013 Dongguan Power Supply Bureau every electric power bureau, the average monthly. Drop loss measures including: improve voltage quality, replacement of high energy consuming equipment, strengthen station with electric management, to strengthen the load balance; drop operation loss measures include: optimization reactive power compensation way, to achieve energy-saving scheduling; management measures of loss reduction: Measurement and management optimization; improve the line loss four points and abnormal line loss management, strengthen the anti electricity stealing management; planning loss reduction measures: optimization grid structure, optimize the voltage level.Finally, in Qingxi Power Supply Bureau as an example, introduces 360 line intelligent diagnosis and analysis platform application case. This paper mainly introduces the background, main practices and application results of the platform.
