Research applied to biomass briquetting bushing micro-arc oxidation film preparation process, and explored the mechanism of wear of micro-arc oxidation film, obtain micro-arc oxidation film bushing optimum preparation and micro-arc oxidation film bushing wear mechanism.For biomass briquetting machine bushing wear serious problem, Firstly, researched the molded material properties of biomass, obtain properties of the biomass molding material hardness, composition, etc. Take conventional 45 steel liner for test subjects, improved experimental device for biomass briquetting material,then do the 45 steel bushings biomass molding material abrasion test to research the abrasive action under different load conditions and rotational speed,obtained condition factors affecting rule of 45 steel bushings wear and the wear mechanism of 45 steel bushing. According to the theory Хрушов relative hardness and adhesion Archard wear model to analyze the raw material forming bushing wear design requirements.To solve the problem of traditional metal materials in biomass briquetting process wear poor, in this paper, based on 45 steel bushing wear mechanism, according to wear-resistant design requirements, innovatively use aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation film bushing to solve biomass briquetting bushing wear problem. By studying the micro-arc oxidation film prepared by different parameters on film properties, results in line with the requirements of raw material forming bushing wear of micro-arc oxidation film bushing preparation.To explore microarc oxide film bushing wear mechanism under the biomass action, through simulation conditions test, respectively analyzed the amount of wear, shape wear, worn surface energy spectrum, the variation of the micro-arc oxidation film role bushing wear of different hardness, thickness, determined optimum wear characteristics to the micro-arc oxidation film. Selected micro-arc oxidation film as an object, through abrasion test analysis, obtained mechanism of microarc oxide film bushing in the raw material substance. Through the establishment of micro-arc oxidation film bushing wear loss curve line, micro-arc oxidation film bushing life assessment conducted. |
