In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,the demand for electricity from all walks of life is gradually increasing.Tension discharge is the core process of power grid construction.The performance of its core equipment tractor plays a key role in the efficient and safe operation of power grid construction.However,with the increase of tension discharge time,in the discharge tension and field work environment,the traction drum of the core components of the tractor will cause serious wear and tear,affecting the safe and efficient operation of discharge work.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the traction reel of 90 kN hydraulic self-running tractor as the research object,carries out the research on the friction and wear performance of the traction reel with the help of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research,and provides theoretical support for the friction reduction and life prediction of the traction reel,which has important theoretical value and engineering significance.In this paper,the friction and wear behavior analysis and wear mechanism research are carried out on the traction reel of the tractor,the key equipment of tension lofting.With the help of a hand-held magnifying glass and a coxem-em-30 scanning electron microscope,the macroscopic and microscopic morphologies of the worn areas at the bottom and side walls of the scrapped drum rope groove were detected and analyzed,and the morphologies of scratches,pits,bulges and cracks were characterized.Based on the tension discharge condition,the wear behavior of traction reel is analyzed,the cause of wear is discussed,and the wear mechanism is analyzed based on the tribology principle,and the main type of wear that leads to the scrapping of traction reel is fatigue wear.Considering the special structure of braided wire rope and the various contact states between braided wire rope and braided wire rope,the numerical simulation was carried out under different contact states of traction reel and braided wire rope.On this basis,the contact state with the maximum stress and deformation value is selected,and the model of winding braided wire rope with single rope groove is established.The results show that the stress and deformation of the groove are directly proportional to the friction coefficient and the traction force of the rope,and inversely proportional to the relative sliding speed.According to the tension discharge condition,the tension variation of the wire rope is discussed by analyzing the "rope-wheel" winding micro-section,and the tension relation expression of the wire rope inlet and outlet is derived.On this basis,the relative sliding between "rope and wheel" caused by different elastic deformation of the steel wire rope is analyzed,and the expression of relative sliding speed is obtained.Based on the Hertz contact theory,the contact stress model is constructed by analyzing the contact pressure relation of the reel rope groove.With the aid of n.b.krakelsky's solid fatigue wear theory,a theoretical wear model of the drum in traction process is established,which provides theoretical support for the reduction of friction and prediction of the life of the drum.The tension discharge condition was simulated,the test principle and samples were designed,the test plan was designed based on the response surface analysis method,and the friction and wear tests were carried out under different contact surface states,relative speeds and loads with the help of cft-1 friction and wear testing machine.The comparison between the micromorphology of the friction marks and the actual wear morphology of the traction drum verifies the rationality of the friction and wear test design.The wear depth of the samples was observed by the ultra-depth of field microscope,the wear depth function model was fitted by response surface analysis software,and the reliability of the theoretical wear model was verified by comparison with the theoretical wear model,and the correlation analysis between the wear depth and the influencing factors was carried out...
