| This topic research goal is to develop a kind of UF6 Pressurized transport pump which can adapt to the current UF6 operation level of LAN Company. This kind of UF6 Pressurized transport pump can be utilized to ehance the feeding and reclaim technology process of steadily increasing requirements, and construction, otherwise, the operation of the enrichment plant will have good economic and social benefit.This paper will briefly describe the technical route and key points of the development of the UF6 pressure pump, and introduce the performance index, design scheme, main research process and improvement of the UF6 pressure pump prototype. Prototype finally geted by reclaiming experiment conditions showed the overall good performance of the UF6 prototype pump in the medium under the condition of high pressure, which can be used to the transportation of UF6 under the level of centrifugal factory reclaiming technology level.Prototype are set in 500SWU/a centrifugal factory depleted material re-claimer line, with 3 fetching material container(6-10) mode of pouring water pressure and reclaiming process test. The results showed that the UF6 pressure pump successfully developed in the test, which realized the gas pressure power transport technology, namely the pressing pump technology. The structure and main technical parameters of the prototype are clearly defined, and some improvement measures are put forward to some defects of the structure of the prototype. |
