With the rapid development of national economy in our country, pile foundation is widely used in bridge structure foundation.Pile foundation can bear not only caused by the upper structure and pile body weight of the axial load, but also may inherit the system of vehicle dynamic load, wave load, wind load and earthquake load, ship and vehicle collision caused by the horizontal load.In the lateral displacement of pile foundation under the action of horizontal loading, the contact area between the pile and soil by the week have become a part of the area of contact area of contact, change of pile-soil interaction may be led to the decrease of the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation. Ultimate bearing capacity of pile under vertical load was conducted many studies before, however, in actual engineering practice, there are a lot of pile foundation under a big horizontal thrust, cause a horizontal displacement of the pile foundation, the interaction between pile and soil changed, thus affecting the vertical bearing capacity of pile foundation.By the exploration of the study, the actual vertical ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation of the further application study to lay a certain foundation.As the basis of common pile foundation form, has been developed for decades.Vertical bearing capacity of single pile is the most important design parameters of pile foundation design, the determination of its size and test is also one of the most critical link in foundation engineering.In this paper, on the basis of a large number of literature reading, first of all, through theoretical analysis, deduced the formulas of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation under horizontal load, analytic calculation for different pile length, pile diameter, different site conditions and the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of friction pile when the action of horizontal loading analytic calculation, on the basis of the numerical simulation analysis, the nonlinear finite element analysis model is established for analysis and compare with the numerical results, it is concluded that the single pile vertical bearing capacity decline range.Then respectively the different pile length and pile diameter and different site conditions of vertical bearing capacity of the pile foundation under different load level was analytical calculated, and some corresponding conclusions were reached.
