Research On Public Communication Space Of The Zhongguancun Science Park

In the world, the development of science and technology park is rapidly. The zhongguancun science park is the first national science and technology park which approved by the state council in China.Now,the park area has reached 488 square kilometers, covering all sixteen district and county of Beijing.After 30 years of development, the zhongguancun science park has developed from the original enterprise agglomeration and industry cluster gradually to innovation cluster park with innovation as the driving force.Innovation of science and technology park is developed from the "linear innovation model" to the "network innovation",and innovation environment and innovation culture has become an important impetus of the development of science and technology park.Public communication space of science and technology park is a material carrier of building science and technology park’s innovation environment,and many innovative ideas are obtained in public communication space.At present, the public communication space of zhongguancun science park has many problems,which is not conducive to attract the workers here to make public communication activities,and indicated that the public communication space did not play a positive role in the construction of innovation environment and the formation of innovation cluster.Based on the thorough analysis of research status at home and abroad, this paper has reviewed and prospected the public communication space of zhongguancun science park,and took the three(zhongguancun software park, fengtai park phase ii in the al east and east U GuJinQiao industrial park) as the research object, and evaluated the zhongguancun science park and public intercourse space characteristics, as well as the satisfaction of public communication space.As a research base,this paper has proposed design theory frame of public communication space of zhongguancun science park and the corresponding optimal design empirical research.The thesis includes six chapters, a total of three parts. The first part is the question, including the first chapter and the second chapter. The first chapter introduces this article’s research background, related concepts, research objects and research methods, etc. The second chapter review and prospect on the development of zhongguancun science park. The second part is the analysis of problems, including chapter 3 and chapter 4.This part’s research object is the users of public communication space, through researching the three zhongguancun science park’s and public communication space’s user, then we understand the behavior and space characteristics of the public communication activities and users’ satisfaction of public communication space.And then,combined with the survey data and the interview result to find out the status quo of the public communication space in the zhongguancun science park.The third part is to solve the problem and practical research, for the chapter 5 and chapter 6.Combined with the thorough analysis of the problems about the present situation of public communication space of zhongguancun science park,put forward with optimization design of public communication space in zhongguancun science park. To design and improve an existing public communication space which is in the zhongguancun science park(zhongguancun software park) with the theoretical framework, combining the theory study with practice.
