Abstract/Summary:
Wit h the rapid deve lopment of C hina’s construct ion accelerated pace of industr ializat ion and economic, the application o f BIM technology deve lopment won nat iona l attent ion w it hin the industry and set off a wave of research and deve lopment to promote the application o f BIM boo m in recent years. This makes the construct ion industr y fo llowing the BIM technolo gy developme nt has become an inevitable trend. As the core techno logy of the w hole life cycle of t he applicatio n architecture, alt hough BIM techno logy achie ves the parameters shared and collaborative work between different the professiona l departme nts, but the current data trans fer soft ware and between different professions t here are still some obstacles. BIM model is an important carrier of infor mat ion and it is an important bridge between the vario us professiona l software informat ion transmiss ion. Wit h the increase in global energy consumpt ion and the greenho use effect intens ifies, green building design and build ing carbon emiss ions calc ulat ions have also been more and more attentio n.So the BIM for green design and construct ion o f carbon emiss ions comp ut ing architecture also has a very significance.This artic le creates a detailed model of the project Revit Pearl eight Western government of affordable housing. Through computer second deve lopment programming for Revit extracted model infor matio n fro m BIM models and imported to the green building simulat ion software Ecotect carried daylight ing simulat ion. It achieved infor mat ion transmiss ion of BIM model and then compared the accuracy and effic iency o f t he tradit iona l light ing s imulatio n. This program re flects the advantages of BIM techno logies. After the BIM model was pre- treated by secondary developme nt program of simp lifying or modifying of Revit, the model was put into the IC EM C FD meshing model and will eventua lly be processed into Fluent in good indoor vent ilat ion s imulat ion analysis. Through t he secondary develop ment plug- ins for Revit to project the amount of stat istics of Revit model, calculate d carbon emiss ions by us ing engineering qua nt it ies statist ics data co mbined wit h a carbon emiss ion calc ulat ion and then compared by calculat ing the actual project examp les.Studies have shown t hat, through t he secondary develop ment Revit- based light ing simulat ion of rele vant procedures, the results of simula t ion error wit hin 0.45DF%. Efficie ncy of light ing s imulat ion based on BIM have been improved the 36% compared to the tradit io nal wa y.Through t he met hod of processing model by this development the model simp lified,the effic iency were improved 92% and 98% higher than the method of manua lly processing in Revit and the method of re- modeling in C AD.The more important is that the comb inat ion of the green build ing design a nd BIM applicat ion was used to the applicat ion of build ing life- cycle.Thro ugh the study of the project as we ll as the amo unt of statist ics to calc ulate carbon emiss ions, the author deve loped a program based on statist ical quant it ies and Revit carbon emiss ions calc ulat ion, then applied it to a progam. At last, the aut hor compared to the results of d ifferent program. The analysis result showed that : As the recyc labilit y of steel, for unit ident ical high- rise build ings,carbon e mission o f steel fra me is much s ma ller than concrete structure.
