With the rapid development of modern industry, the energy crisis and environmental pollution has become an important issue facing today, new energy development has been widely recognized and promotion of new energy vehicles, energy-saving advantages by virtue of concern in automotive development direction, while the new energy Automobile and charging equipment is sufficient and necessary relationship to each other. The charging equipment is an important part of electric vehicles. Current electric vehicle charging machine can be divided into non-board charger and car charger, main-board charger including large stationary charging station, charging pile, but their high input costs, regional restrictions and other factors; and the car charger with a the low cost, easy to use and flexible, etc., the future will have broad prospects. Charging equipment industry is also moving towards application of high-frequency technology, intelligent, all-digital control, systematic and green direction. Clearly, in the past, the traditional AC-DC rectifier because the grid will inject a large amount of harmonic currents, cause harmonic losses and interference shortcomings limit their own development, but PWM rectifier has controllable power factor, a constant DC voltage advantages, low current harmonic content and energy flow can be bi-directional, etc., it has broad application prospects in the AC-DC conversion.This paper mainly single-phase PWM rectifier based on DSP-related issues in 3.5kW charging machine were research and development, the first to study the works of single-phase PWM rectifier topology and single-phase PWM rectifier, and in-depth analysis of the unipolar and Bipolar PWM modulation principle. Secondly, the current study the indirect and direct current control strategy.On the basis of theoretical research, this paper from the implementation of intelligent car charger 3.5kW high frequency PWM finisher perspective of hardware design, software design and machine waterproof thermal design, hardware design of the main design of the main circuit, the control circuit module, the auxiliary power supply module, the drive circuit module and EMI circuit module and the like; software design based on DSP chip built TMS320F28335 control core test platform.Finally, the use of simulation software SABER12 single-phase PWM rectifier system simulation carried out to verify the single-phase PWM rectifier based on DSP were developed in-vehicle charger 3.5kW reasonable and correct.
