With the gradual formation and improvement of the expressway network, more and more expressway constructs a more comprehensive monitoring system. These systems use a lot of traffic detection sensor device, the collected vehicle data is also growing. However, due to the weather, equipment acquisition hardware failure, noise interference, communication failures and other objective reasons, make the data collected by the sensor error or lost, greatly reducing vehicle traffic information accuracy, and even lead to the incomplete vehicle history information in a database. Based on the analysis of the high-speed road network in the vehicle on the basis of multi-source information, it proposed a class of multi-sensor fusion technology based on time matching and space matching, and it achieves the integration of different vehicle highway network traffic data collected by the detectors, resulting in a more complete and more comprehensive vehicle traffic flow information of expressway network. On this basis, the paper also carried vehicle information fusion applied research.Based on the multi-source information of traffic detection in the expressway network as the research object, the fusion process and of vehicular traffic flow data, and the visualization research of vehicle trajectory, the main research results include:1.This paper gives the overall framework of data fusion system of the expressway network. Based on analysis of traffic detection for multiple sensor data acquisition, combined with the characteristics of expressway network monitoring system, it designs the overall architecture which is based on distributed data synchronization technology and multi-source data fusion combining, and then discusses the key technologies.2. According to the data synchronization features of multi-source heterogeneous environments, this paper proposes a new data replication solution. It can solve the problem of accessing database under the multi-source heterogeneous environment, data obtaining and copying data from the heterogeneous sources. It can also deal with the dynamic data sources, primary key conflicting and data synchronization of real-time problems in the process of the data synchronization. This solution can effectively synchronize the data acquired by floating car, a microwave detector, a video sensor to the monitoring center database.3. This paper proposes a new multi-sensor data fusion technology, it will can preprocess the multi-source data which is synchronized to the monitoring center. After pretreatment, the data collected by three sensors will be made to match the time and space, combined with front-end fusion technology to form track vehicle database.4. On the basis of traffic data fusion on the VS2012 platform, this paper uses C # development language to develop vehicle trajectory queries and tracking system. The system enables multi-sensor data acquisition to replicate to the monitoring center timely, and then fuse the synchronized data in the monitoring center to form a complete vehicle trajectory database. The system combines ArcGIS Engine technology, use the shortest path search algorithm to join the monitoring points of expressway sections that queried by the users. Finally, the system shows the complete vehicle trajectory on the electronic map.The successful development and application of the querying and tracking system of the vehicle shows that the vehicle data fusion technology proposed in this paper is correct and effective. The vehicle information through data fusion will be more complete and more comprehensive, so as to provide more effective support for the expressway operation and management.
