TRIZ theory also called Theory of Inventive Problem Solving as a method of advanced science and technology innovation, can help the technicians to analyze and solve the encountered issues in some direction and find innovative solutions.Vibration is a kind of mechanical movement of objects which exists ubiquitously in nature.It is widely used in tobacco industry.In this paper, new type of storage and conveying equipment for dry ice cut rag is developed and manufactured by applying vibration technology in dry ice cut rag loosening and conveying.Based on TRIZ theory, this paper presents a research of issues of the constant flow feeding system in practical application for expansion cut rag line. Via TRIZ theory combined with the product design process, techinical issues regarding the silo belt in operation and usage have been summarized. Using TRIZ tool--compared with innovative principle and contradiction matrix and analyzed each them, is to explore a sollution and distill into innovative design model.Through the analyze and selection to determine the preliminary plan, that is, the original silo belt is replaced by the new equipment combined with using of cylindrical silo and vibratory feeder, and it has the corresponding engineering design. Given the main structure of machine, the power part is caculated and selected the type, and the solid model is established.To verify the reliability and rationality of the vibration part, the paper based on ANSYS software, presents dynamic and model analysis to key components and parts(vibratory feeder), and gets the information of structure deformation and stress distribution in working condition of vibratory feeder. To prevent fatigue damage and destruction, its structure has been improved according to the analysis result and the optimized design of vibratory feeder has been achieved. The research finding has been applied in the practice and received an excellent result.
